What is the Dependency Ratio Ceiling (DRC)?
The DRC is MOM's cap on the proportion of foreign workers in a company's workforce, enforced to ensure local employment opportunities. It works alongside Man-Year Entitlement (MYE) in construction and process sectors, and the Levy system across all sectors.
